Introducing the SCHWARZROST Bootcut Denim. Crafted from 100% 12oz cotton denim.
Each pair is treated with a hand-applied liquid that hardens into a cracked surface – similar to how metal forms a dark protective layer when exposed to air and time.
This cracked texture is inspired by Schwarzrost, a type of controlled oxidation that protects steel from further rusting. Just like that protective layer on metal, the finish on this denim becomes a kind of second skin for the owner – raw, weathered, and resilient.
Every pair includes our unreleased X01 Denim Chain. One or two chains may be attached; at least one is guaranteed. The inclusion of a second chain is not guaranteed.
Each pair is handcrafted and therefore truly one of a kind. Small imperfections, variations in distressing, or surface irregularities are intentional and part of the design.
