SHIPPING TIMES

Germany:
You will receive standard orders usually within 2 to 5 business days. Shortly after collection drops and in the sale it can come to longer delivery times.  As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.


Worldwide:
Due to the high order demand, the delivery duration is up to 6-14 working days.

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country. Vicinity does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.

All products labeled "READY-TO-WEAR" will ship within 72 hours of purchase. Before placing your order, please always make sure that your shipping details is both valid and correctly listed.

All products labeled "MADE-TO-ORDER" will ship after the production is finished. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. This time accounts for production and quality control. Please consider this before ordering, as your payment will NOT be able to be refunded after it has been processed.
